INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY
Initially, an interest in education and particularly in e-learning drove me to the Master’s in Instructional Design and Technology at the University of Tampa. As the course progressed, my goals became to create interactive and engaging learning experiences for education and corporate fields.
During my coursework, I had the opportunity to develop a variety of instructional materials that helped me to broaden my understanding of learning theories, motivational theory, and theories of instruction. It also helped me to improve in the following areas: analysis, planning, design, material development, and testing a variety of technological tools.
The artifacts included in my portfolio demonstrate strategic planning, project management, design thinking, course development, as well as a keen interest in research and program evaluation. In this portfolio, you will find podcast using Camtasia, training designed in Articulate and uploaded to Rise, Piktocharts, presentations using PowToon, and participation in different researches and program evaluation.
