Context: This instruction was designed for the Introduction to Distance Learning course. In this project, the purpose was to teach seniors the basics in how to use computers. 

​

Conditions: According to the United States Census Bureau, residents age 65 and over grew to 49.2 million in 2016.

This instruction was designed for elderly living in assisted living communities. Even though these places encourage social contact with family, greater contact with the world outside can be brought by this project, providing them with an increased emotional and intellectual well-being.

 

Scope: The course has a hybrid format with 3 modules. Its content was uploaded to the Teachable platform.
